You should receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Sales@FishNChics.com.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add fishnchics.com to your “Safe” list. You may also check the status of your order at any time by signing into your account.

When will my order be delivered?

Can I ship to an address that is outside of the US?


What is FishNChics return policy?

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date unwashed, unworn and with original tags if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number. Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing for the returned item(s) minus 10%. If the item needs to be returned due to a defective issue, please contact our Sales Department at 407-399-2684.

Would you like a free FishNChics sticker?

It's simple! Send a self-addressed stamped envelope inside of another envelope. The outside envelope should be addressed to:

We ship to all 50 states. International shipping is not available at this time. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Delivery Information: Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) only, excluding US Federal Holidays. No deliveries are made on Sunday.


FishNChics want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to return an item for any reason, we will refund you for any item that is in new condition and unworn.
We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible. Unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your order date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number and the Merchandise Return Form (contact Sales@FishNChics.com). You will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the returned item(s) based on the original payment method.  It helps us process your return faster if you provide all packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. Be sure to retain the tracking number located on your return label. Shipment status cannot be determined without the tracking number.
